Additive manufacturing process and materials are a major professional foundation course for undergraduate four-year additive manufacturing and mechanical manufacturing majors in higher engineering schools. The task is to enable students to understand and master the types of additive manufacturing and different additive manufacturing methods. The required materials and properties have the ability to select appropriate additive manufacturing methods, complete material selection and develop process specifications according to different engineering application environments.
